worked great for me - sort of!

I think that how well this product works for you is highly dependent on your lifestyle. If you're like me, one who is constantly knocking down their healthy gut bacteria with regular drinking, it probably will not be as effective. I've found this is the case with most probiotics - if you drink you should really be taking these every day for it to be fully effective, which would mean a whole month of pills in a pack. That's really the only flaw I can define and it is really my own - not necessarily the product. Some weeks it worked absolutely flawlessly for me, and I usually can't eat even a single cheese cube without having gastrointestinal problems! Keep up the good work.

Bactose - Dairy Intolerance

This is an amazing product. I can again eat cheese, since I live in Wisconsin. I recommend to everyone who has dairy intolerance.

Excellent. Changed my life or at least my diet. No longer have to avoid dairy or suffer the consequences.

First month or two, I still took lactose enzyme supplement when eating a lot of lactose filled foods like ice cream or cream sauces, but after that, no extra supplements were needed. And I can eat anything without ill effects.
