Return Policy

There’s no need to send Bactose® back to us for a return. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We will refund the purchase price of the product, less shipping, VAT, or duties. Simply reach out to Bactose at hello@bactose.com and someone will be happy to help. Refunds typically take 5–8 days to process.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order only, not any subsequent shipments, even if they are billed, paid, or shipped during this 30-day period. For all subsequent shipments, you may reschedule or cancel at any time directly in your account. As an optional alternative, you may request cancellation assistance by emailing hello@bactose.com

If your refund request is outside of the 30-day guarantee period, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit. 

If your shipment is returned to sender, please contact us and we’ll offer to reship your order or issue a full refund.

Refunds under the satisfaction guarantee are limited to one pack (typically the first pack). If Bactose does not meet your expectations after the first pack, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist.
