Incredible!

These probiotics are freaking life changing. No joke. I’ve been extremely lactose intolerant for nearly 10 years, unable to even have a little butter, much less cheese or ice cream. Now, even at the end of the first month, I was able to have pizza, cheese and crackers, and gelato all in one night. It’s so freeing to not have to worry if there might be cream in a sauce or soup at a restaurant or to have to tell friends I can’t have dairy before going to their house. I will happily pay to take this for the rest of my life. Please never go out of business.

Life changing

I used to drink milk a lot, but after high school, I just kept having worse and worse “consequences” whenever I eat something with dairy. I started avoiding dairy as much as possible when I’m out, and I look at labels to make sure. I realized how much dairy is in most food options in the US especially at work so it doesn’t leave me a lot of options when picking food especially in a pinch. Ever since I started bactose, I don’t have to worry about that anymore. When I’m out, I choose food based on what’s the most appetizing option instead of which one wouldn’t send me to the bathroom. There are times that I would still have to go afterwards but it’s regular instead of the normal “consequence” (stomach pain, diarrhea). There are also times that it doesn’t work at all when it’s the end of the month like last time when I ate pasta with parmesan cheese. It didn’t work at all. Good thing I was at home. But I received my capsules right after, I ate the same thing the next day, and there was no more “consequences” so it works fast. I think it was more of a dosage issue. But overall I’m still very happy and recommend it to anyone who is suffering with lactose intolerance!!!

Great Pills

This is a good and bad review.
The good: I took this for 2 months and was able to eat ice cream, cheese, pizza, etc perfectly fine. For me the pills only last about 15 days but, I'm severely lactose intolerant so I chalked it up to that. While they worked, they were fantastic. Prior to taking Bactose I was taking 4 to 7 Lactaid pills depending on what I was eating and still getting all the lactose side effects, albeit on a lower scale. The fact that I could eat what I wanted and not have to read every label was great. Based on this experience I definitely recommend people try Bactose.

The bad: My third month the pills only lasted 8 or 9 days. On day 10 I had an ice cream and was doubled over in pain with my usual lactose symptoms. I've got a medical history of medicines not working after 2 or 3 months and I guess this is no different. I did have the 4th month's pills get delivered but I'm saving them for an upcoming trip, so, I've been off the pills since December.

Something to possibly be aware of: I have noticed that unless I'm eating something that says it's specifically lactose free, no matter what it is, I'm now getting symptoms. Even from just a single slice of American cheese or teaspoon of half and half in coffee, which never used to happen. Pre Bactose I could at least tolerate a tiny bit of milk product but I don't seem to be able to anymore. To confirm this, I tried a slice of Velveeta cheese and 5 Lactaid pills. I had symptoms as if I hadn't taken the Lactaid pills. While this isn't a controlled scientific test, I'd suggest being aware that there's a possibility that Bactose pills could mess with what existing enzymes you have.

All that being said, I still recommend people try Bactose, just be aware of all possibilities. While they worked, they worked fantastic!

Better than lactase pills and lactose-free dairy products

This is better than taking lactase pills whenever I eat something that has milk or that might have milk and I don’t have to guess if something might be made with milk and decide if I’ll take a lactase pill or not. Now I can just enjoy food without worrying about lactose at all, even ice cream and hot cocoa. I’m saving money from not buying pills or overpriced lactose-free dairy products. I don’t have to carry pills everywhere and take them while people ask why I’m taking pills at the table.

Half n Half in my coffee. Real cheese! ICE CREAM! I have already talked up these probiotics to co-workers and family.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Bactose™ work?

Our novel L. acidophilus BL21ATM probiotic strain acts like little factories in the gut producing lactase enzymes, supplementing what the body lacks. These beneficial microbes populate the digestive tract where they work 24/7 helping your body naturally break down and digest lactose found in dairy products.

How long does Bactose™ last?

Bactose™ will continue to work for the entire month after the first 7 day pack. Bactose™ has unique properties that allow it to adhere better to the intestinal lining when compared to other probiotic strains, allowing it to thrive for many weeks after just 7 days of use. Repeat monthly.

How long does it take for Bactose™ to work?

After taking Bactose™ for just 7 days, you can enjoy dairy again on day 8. As long as one takes Bactose™ monthly, there is no need to abstain from dairy during each subsequent 7 day recharge.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Absolutely, we have our "just try it" 60 day money back guarantee! We're on a mission to improve your dairy life and ensure complete satisfaction. If Bactose™ didn't work for you, email us about your experience and we'll make it right.

Storage conditions?

At 75 Degrees F or below, out of direct sunlight, away from heat and moisture.

When is the best time to take bactose?

Bactose™ is best taken on an empty stomach. Reason is taking bactose with food or too close to a meal will prevent it from properly populating in your gut greatly shortening the length of its effectiveness.

Effects of antibiotics?

Antibiotics are meant to kill bacteria, that includes probiotics and your natural microbiome. Taking antibiotics while on Bactose™ will decrease the effectiveness and duration of Bactose™. You may need to take a new course of bactose 7 days after the antibiotic course is finished. However taking Bactose™ after finishing an antibiotics course will actually help the effect and duration of the effect of Bactose™, this is because it is given the ability to outcompete other probiotics in your intestines.

Effects of alcohol?

Consuming alcohol while taking Bactose™ for the first 7 days may decrease its effectiveness.

Common side effects of probiotics?

Some users may experience abdominal cramping or bloating while taking probiotics such as Bactose™. This discomfort is often a sign that the beneficial bacteria are remodeling, detoxifying and improving the gut environment. If this occurs, stop taking Bactose™ until the discomfort has subsided, then continue by taking 1 capsule per day. Resume back to the standard dosage if tolerated, continue taking until all capsules are finished. If intestinal cramps or discomfort do not resolve, or if severe, stop taking Bactose™ and consult your physician.
