I used to have terrible problems with lactose intolerance. It's not cured but it's so much better. I don't have the terrible bathroom troubles I used to have and I can enjoy cheese and ice cream again! Still can't do whole milk on its own (sigh) but I can have it in drinks if it's mixed. So happy with this product
