I hate giving 4 stars, because the product worked really well for me, until around day 27. After that, I had to restrict the dairy I consumed until beginning the next months supply. Another issue which I'm currently attempting to figure out, is that after meals I get a "raw" feeling in my stomach. I am not sure if it is related to the probiotic but I'm trying to figure it out. I might switch up the dosing schedule, just not sure what is going to work for my body.
