I never write reviews, but I had to for this. I can’t believe it but it really works! I can eat all daily again with little to no discomfort at all! I used to take lactase pills with every meal. I would limit my diet to small amounts of cheese, but completely took out milk and cream out of my diet. It’s been years, but I can eat ice cream again!!! Bloating has decreased significantly overall. I would recommend this product to anyone!
